CASUAL HIRE
If you need additional forklift trucks to cope with short term seasonal demands or if your own trucks are out of action, we have an extensive fleet of counterbalance and warehouse trucks available for quick delivery at competitive rates.
They are modern machines, all with Thorough Examination Certificates. Capacities range from 1 tonne to 5 tonnes. Electric, diesel and LP gas machines make up the counterbalance fleet, whilst the warehouse machines are all battery electric powered.
Reach trucks up to 2.5 tonnes capacity, with lift heights up to 10 metres are readily available, as are pedestrian and rider controlled power pallet trucks and stackers.
For hospitals, exhibition halls and airport applications, we also have a variety of electric towtractors.
Casual hire rates are determined by the type of truck and the length of hire. One week is the minimum period.
CONTRACT HIRE
This is now the most popular method of acquiring the use of a fork lift truck. Get rid of the cost and responsibility for maintenance. Obtain the latest, most up to date models on the market with no capital outlay. You pay a fixed monthly charge for the duration of the contract, usually 3 to 5 years, enabling you to budget accurately for the whole of the period. If your requirements change during the hire agreement there is some flexibility to change the machine to suit the new application. Tyre repairs/replacement and repairs other than fair wear and tear are normally the only exclusions from the contract.
Standby hire equipment is immediately available at the long term rental rate, while the new equipment is on order.
All the models in Mitsubishi's range can be supplied on contract hire.
