Bendigo Mitchell was acquired by Impact Fork Trucks Limited on the 18th October 2017.
Impacts head office is based in Nottingham and with the acquasition of Bendigo Mitchell now has twelve branches, each strategically placed, focusing on local customer engagement. There are strong synergies between Bendigo Mitchell and Impact and the acquasition is considered a perfect strategic fit.
Bendgo Mitchell will continue to trade under the same name, wth the same staff and from the same premises in Kenilworth, Warwickshire.
